Operations Support Coordinator – Reading – £22,000 + Benefits – Permanent

My client is a leading provider of facilities services and is looking for a customer service orientated person with experience in administration to be the ‘point of contact’ on a high-profile contract in Reading.

Maintaining a service desk function, you will manage the scheduling of activities to the Operational Delivery Team and provide basic administrative support to the wider operational and non-operational areas of business.

Candidates with strong administration and communication skills with experience in scheduling works of any kind and developing professional working relationships will be well received.

With good all-round IT skills and experience of working within business processes and systems such as purchase order management you will liaise with all areas of the business within the contract.

Working Monday to Friday, on a 2-week rotation between 07:15 – 16:15 and 10:30 – 19:30
