PAYE rate: £15.17
LTD/Umbrella rate: £19.13
Contract Type: 12 Weeks Temporary (Potential 6 Months FTC) Although the position is permanent, you will be working on a temporary contract which is subject to renewal from time to time depending on performance. There’s a prospect of being moved to a Fixed Term Contract for a period of 6 or 12 months.
Weekly Hours: 35 Hours
Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, 08:00am 16:00pm with 1 hour lunch (12:00pm 13:00pm)
DBS: Basic required
Access To Car: Company car and/or expenses will be provided when candidates need to travel to other sites for work purposes.
Driving Licence Required: Valid, clean full UK driving licence
Parking: No parking available on site.
Start Date: Must be available with a short notice period
Interview Date: Towards mid-February
Interview Format: 1 Hour interview, this will include:
A basic competency test on spreadsheets & answering scenario based questions.
An informal conversation about previous experience etc.
Key purpose of role:
Direct supervision and assist in the management of Caretakers and monitoring of estates and contracted services on designated OFHA estates. To assist with the implementation and evaluation of change, working creatively for solutions to caretaking and estate services issues. To provide a comprehensive estate service within a designated area at times assist on other areas as required.
